I purchased a jacket as a thanksgiving gift for my colleague (which is already arrived). As the first person to write a reviews on this product I'm not inclined to give a negative feedback but to say the delivered product is partially different from the images of the product that I saw on the manufacturer's own website and also on Amazon. For example the fringes are shorter, the braid leather texture is much smaller however sewing line of the fringes in the chest area is obviously noticeable, but the weakest point is that the beads at both ends of the plastic bones are completely different from the ones in the presented images. On the model in the images these beads are big enough to cover both ends of the plastic bones but in the delivered jacket theses beads are totally different and are much smaller and are so tiny that can't support the bones and this causes the whole thing looks very loose and badly positioned and to make it worse it's colored in gold instead of silver as I originally saw in the ads images. Though I contacted the representative in Canada and the support staff member named Max was diligent and very helpful and the fact that they made another customized jacket within 48 hours without any further questions and even requesting the immediate retrieval of the product, really stands out for this vendor and they also send pictures of the replacement to me, unfortunately the new jacket is the same as the delivered one with some changes in color of beads (and not even the shape and size of beads). However that's not a great practice that the delivered good is much different from the one that's advertised but it's noticeable that the manufacturer used abundant suede leather on the jacket which is quite good but after all I'm not overly satisfied with my purchase.
