Xelero Men's Matrix Leather Tennis Shoes - Lightweight & Breathable for Casual Wear, Sports & Gym Workouts

I have literally cleaned my shoe closet of about ten good pairs of shoes . Can’t wear them no more. This shoe company made a shoe design that takes care of all my foot and some knee problems. I own three pairs. All I need.So, I really like these shoes, I have used them for some time now, but apparently, some changes were made to how they produce them as the last three pairs the sole keeps unraveling at the top which is very annoying considering how much I paid for them. This last pair I had some hope for as it appears they are now being stitched also, but that does not appear to be the case as now the stitching is unraveling also. Picture attached, anyone got any suggestions, sent a message to the company, but I heard back from there were crickets. Thanks.This is the third pair of these I've owned, the first pair got wet in a rain storm and fell apart the local shoe sales company I bought the first pair from replaced them. Two months later the stitching came apart on the inside toe. I purchased the third pair online maybe have different luck here but this time within the months the soles angled out.I have been wearing Xelero shoes for 15 years, as they were recommended by an orthopedic surgeon for my foot problems. This is probably my 10th pair, as I wear them much harder than they were made for. I walk and hike daily with them in the woods and usually have them soaking wet by the end of the day. I cannot wear hiking boots and the Xelero shoes with a good insert allow me to get my exercise that i desire at 76 years old. It would be great if there was some rubber covering I could put over them on wet days, but most people don't wear them the way i do.For $200.00 pair of shoes, I would expect the soles to last more than two weeks, soles already peeling off the shoe. Never again!!!!!Absolutely wonderful shoes! The way they are constructed results in a very smooth, fluid-style walk. They seem to take a lot of the effort out of walking. I really realized how different they are when I took them off and put on another pair of shoes that I was used to wearing. I felt clumsy!I have to wear an Arizona brace on one ankle, so I bought a pair of extra wide Xelero (4E). The shoes are deeper than most (not a lot, but enough) and they accommodate my brace very well. I was able to add additional pads in the other shoe so both feet are at the same level. Both feet seem to have the just-right interior space & both are very comfortable. I love my new shoes!I loved the pair of Xelero shoes I purchased about two years ago. I ordered the same shoe size and style and received a pair that was too small. I order a size larger than my actual foot size. I had to return them at my expense. I did not get a reply as to whether I would be reimbursed for these expenses. Am not a happy camper. Am looking to buy my next pair at a place where I can try them on first, or trying another brand that my son has been very pleased with. His job requires walking around 15 miles a shift. The pair I bought about 2 years ago was the best shoes I ever bought!these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned ! bar none! I have Plantar Fibromatosis in both feet as well as Plantar Fasciitis in both feet,.... i stand for over 9 hours every day and since i've been wearing these shoes (prepairing to get my 3rd pair after wearing 2 pairs out), my feet feel better than they have in years,.... thank you, your cobblers are geniuses,....thank you!!!
